Executive Chef Gary Lucato’s campo a fattoria (farm fresh) menu complements such delicacies as lobster, black truffles, Grana Pandano, ostrich, champagne grapes, rabbit and red bananas with seasonal, locally grown ingredients. including some from the restaurant’s on-site organic Millstone Farm. Each of the six courses, introduced at the dinner by Chef Lucato, will be accompanied by wines representing the best from Italy’s most exciting wine producing regions.
