There is so much more than spaghetti and meatballs when cooking Italian food. In this vegetarian Italian inspired cooking class, learn to identify and use herbs and spices that are commonly used in Italian cooking such as parsley, oregano, mint, basil, and capers and prepare some sensational Italian dishes such as roasted mushroom and artichoke hearts, caponata (eggplant relish), and panelle (chickpea fritters).
