Introduction to Pranayama, Meditation, & Yoga

When: Tuesdays, 6-8 p.m. Continues through Jan. 25

During these sequential Tuesday evening classes, we will explore gentle movements of yoga, meditation, and breathing exercises. Once you are introduced to each modality, we will bring it all together in a short practice that you can do at home. With simple techniques, you will be able to balance your mind, body, and spirit. This gentle type of yoga is perfect for any age group! Cost of the class is $100.
