Learn to cook healthy and delicious Ayurvedic versions of some favorite cultural dishes. We will prepare three dishes that span the world from Italy to Mexico to the Middle East. Participants will also enjoy a special Ayurvedic tea, soup and salad while sampling the entrees. All recipes and a special culinary gift are included.
