From raging wildfires to this year’s unprecedented hurricane season, there is unequivocal evidence that a now unstable climate is already wreaking great havoc around the world. However, to gain a truly visceral understanding of situation, we need not travel far . With this series, we aim to bring the climate discussion home to the Hudson Valley and the Catskills, and to gain a deeper understanding of the potential impacts of a changing climate on the people and places of our communities.
Each Salon will explore a different theme, and will be preceded by related experiential activities.
