Cinnamon | Rhinebeck
Rhinebeck eatery Cinnamon is renowned for delivering a wide range of flavors from all over the Indian sub-continent, using locally sourced ingredients. Their most popular to-go dish, lamb masalawala ($27), is a gluten-free rack of lamb marinated for 24 hours in ground cashews and yogurt with fresh mint, ginger, garlic, grilled in tandoor with spices, and served with grilled vegetables. Towne Crier Cafe | Beacon
While the live music has stopped flowing at this mainstay in the heart of Beacon, Towne Crier’s assorted lineup of appetizers, finger foods, and hearty meals are still being made to go. The family meal specials will feed up to six, the most popular of which is their penne alla vodka ($30). Other family meals include baked ziti ($30), penne arrabiata ($30), and chicken marsala ($45), and their regular dinner menu features classics like pan seared salmon ($24) and braised pork alfredo ($22). Beer and wine specials are also available. Towne Crier Cafe is open for pickup and delivery from 4-8pm on Thursday and Friday and 2-8pm on Saturday and Sunday. Schatzi's Pub & Bier Garden | New Paltz & Poughkeepsie
Offering takeout from 3-7pm Monday and Wednesday-Friday and 1-7pm Saturday and Sunday, this German-style pub features themed fare and craft Bavarian beer. Their most popular dishes include Schatzi’s Burger ($18), their spaetzle mac and cheese ($14), and their pierogies ($9). Also available for curbside pickup are craft cocktails, cans and growlers of beer, and a selection of wines.
We miss the familiar, boisterous ambience at these twin Mexican restaurants, but that doesn’t mean you can't recreate the mood with one of their most sought-after entrees: generously filled meat and fish tacos ($14.95-$17.95). Pair your tacos with a to-go margarita, frozen or classic, available in individual ($7) or quart sized ($20), and your night is set. Mill House Brewing | Poughkeepsie
They say if people hate you, then you’re doing something right. Well Mill House Brewing must be knocking it out of the park, because the last time they held their Chinese food pop-up dinner a few weeks ago they got death threats when they ran out. No, seriously. After the overwhelmingly successful, yet harrowing, experience, they are daring to try a second time with their New England fry-shack pop up, which will be running Friday, May 15 through Sunday, May 17. This pop-up’s most ordered item is the Maine lobster roll on a brioche split top bun ($25) and the seafood feast ($115), which is a little bit of everything on the menu to feed a family of six. Their regular brunch menu is still available from 1-3pm, and the curbside menu is available from 1-8pm, complete with wine, cocktails, and their signature beers. Rip Van Winkle Brewing | Catskill
This Italian American restaurant is serving enough pasta and chicken dishes to feed a family of four, and wine, beer, and spirits for curbside pickup. Their pizzas, ($8-$20) are their most popular takeout item. Choose from the traditional cheese, a margherita, or bambino pizza available in three sizes. Call (518) 678-9275 to order.

How mouthwatering does a buttermilk-brined fried chicken dinner sound? This dish ($16), complete with spicy honey and a choice of two sides is Dixon Roadside’s most popular dish. For dessert, customers go crazy for the buttermilk pie ($4) and the sweet yet spicy pineapple mule batched cocktail ($22).
