Hoosick Blooms

Hoosick Blooms 2019 is a self-guided driving tour of six private gardens and farms in Hoosick Falls and neighboring communities. The tour map provides a scenic route to gardens tucked into the rolling hills of the Hoosick Valley. Among the sites is an award-winning organic cheesemaker and an 18th century house whose site has been designated as an official Wildlife Habitat by the National Wildlife Federation. A reservation-only lunch is served at the Historic Barns of Nipmoose.
