Breakfast options include omelets, pancakes, French toast, home fries, bacon, sausage, sausage gravy, scrambled eggs or eggs over easy, freshly baked biscuits, jam, jelly, and blueberry topping. There is coffee, hot tea, orange juice, and milk. This year's proceeds to benefit the Rondout Valley Food Pantry.
