Authors Cathy Russo and Penny Coombe will discuss the creation of the Heritage Farm Cookbook which focuses on local families and their old time treasured recipes from the 50s and earlier. A recipe will be recreated with taste testing, and other recipes and historical information will be highlighted. Books will be available for sale.
