Health & Wellness: Stretching for Physical and Mental Flexibillity

Certified Acupressure Therapist and Health Counselor Sally Smith will lead a two hour workshop. Drawing from the ancient Chinese Five Elements Practice, Sally will discuss how the elements relate to colors, flavors, senses, emotions, body parts, climate and our yin/yang organ pairs. These characteristics are all related and looking at the elements can be a helpful way to view our minds and bodies and our relationships to the outer world.
