Inspired by The Artist's Way, Healing through Creativity helps participants re/connect to creative practices that chip away at the fears which so often hold us back from doing what we love. Stress, boredom and dissatisfaction can creep in when we lose awareness of our true nature. Infusing creativity into our lives ignites a sense of joy, play, and self-acceptance. You do not need to be an artist to feel the power of creativity in your life (but you can be!). Re-lighting that flame of inspiration and enthusiasm, guides us all to more courageous and joyous lives.
