In this second installment of the Stockade Tavern series, we'll kick off the evening exploring how to pair cocktails with chocolate by identifying core flavors unique to certain spirits and using these as a guide to make the perfect chocolate match. Then we'll go deep, making a chocolate cocktail featuring Good Food Award Winner, Fruition Marañón Canyon Dark Milk, and a carefully selected rum to scrumptiously toast to love.
