The Meat Market and Chef Josephine Proul of Local 111 are brewing up a Halloween Night of deBUTCHERY. Learn the tricks of butchering a whole hog and then you'll be treated to a nose-to-tail dinner. Together with Chef Josephine Proul of Local 111, they will talk about the various cuts and the dishes you can prepare with them—many of which are featured on Chef Proul's menu. At the end of the event, you will have the opportunity to purchase fresh cuts to prepare at home.
