With a long warm up, fantastic Iyengar sequencing and alignment, there is nothing scary about this workshop. All levels and styles of yogis and goblins are welcome: practicing Iyengar students or not. We will do Surya Namaskar, Standing Poses and seated asanas on, so our only request is that you do NOT have a serious knee or hip injury/problem. Prize for best costume or mask.
