The class structure consists of learning a series of Hatha Yoga postures and movements. Each class will end with a deep relaxation. This combo helps to increase physical strength, energize the body, and calm the mind. Jan will guide you through postures which she will modify for you based on any pre-existing medical conditions or individual physical limitations.
