it was around this time last year that i attended a few john medeski and club d'elf outdoor shows at the falcon. with limited seating, it was like having musical giants play in a gorgeous backyard with a waterfall. and it was all thanks to the genius of tony falco, who created one of the most interesting music venues in the hudson valley, and beyond. he was always there making sure things ran smoothly and clearly knew every nook and cranny in case something needed attention. he will be greatly missed, and i hope his vision lands in capable hands to keep his legend going
