The Garden Conservancy Open Days program shares five private gardens open to the public in Highland, Saugerties, and Stone Ridge. No reservations required; rain or shine. 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at most locations. Highlights include water features, garden art, intimate garden spaces, mountain and river views, extensive collections of potted succulents, alpine troughs, unusual edibles, and native trees and shrubs.

Price: $10 per garden/children 12 and under free.
