Join Martha Cheo for a partial or full day of Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Begin at 9am with a 1 hour introduction to the slow and graceful movements of Qi Gong and Tai Chi Chuan. These traditional Chinese healing and martial arts promote health and restore harmony of mind, body, and spirit. People of all ages and abilities can practice Qi Gong and Tai Chi. Their many benefits include: reduced back & arthritic pain, better focus, balance and heart functioning, reduced stress, a stronger immune system, and flexibility, strength, and coordination.
