We will be launching a seasonal limited edition trio of new chocolate bars. This is a rare chance to see behind-the-scenes at Fruition and to sample chocolate to your heart's content. The event will feature refreshments from Tuthilltown Spirits, Westkill Brewing, Irving Farm Coffee Roasters, Bread Alone, Cheese Louise, The Hudson Standard, and ImmuneSchein Ginger Elixers. The event will also include a book signing by Megan Giller, of her new book, "Bean-to-Bar Chocolate: America's Craft Chocolate Revolution."
