The first step toward enrollment in the Stress Reduction Program (MBSR) is an orientation session – before the start of classes. MBSR is the most widely researched mind-body program in the world. You can experience, first-hand, mindfulness methods and approaches you will be learning during the program and meet our program instructors. Winter/Spring MBSR courses are offered on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
