Join us as we cultivate mindfulness through a gentle yoga practice. We will participate in a one hour gentle yoga asana practice, enhance our awareness in nature with fun and engaging sensory exercises, and we will gather nutritious wild edible seasonal plant foods and medicine for a shared meal. Please bring a yoga mat, snack, small potluck dish, and water.
