Preserving the Summer Dinner at the CIA
August 7. The Culinary Institute of America’s graduating class presents Preserving the Summer: Celebrating the Bounty of the Hudson Valley, a four-course dinner and silent auction benefiting the Food Bank of the Hudson Valley and the Peter F. Lenich Memorial Scholarship Fund. Hudson Valley Ribfest
