Fitness Hour

When: Mondays, Thursdays, 4 p.m. Continues through Dec. 31 2013

This class will be an aerobic warm-up followed by a combination of band and body work. There will be an emphasis on core strengthening, working both back & abs. It will end with a relaxing stretch. Instructed by Connie Scuitto
