Field Study is an exploration of the relationship between art, agriculture, traditional crafts like quilting and mending, and the underlying importance of place in sustainability. This collaboration between textile artists and ecology advocates, Katrina Rodabaugh and Jessica Lewis Stevens, will feature ten new, original, textile art pieces from naturally dyed fabrics, yarns, fibers, and hand stitching. All works will be for sale. On August 21 the artists will be teaching at a daylong farm retreat at Whistledown Farm.
