Sabrina Gilmore is a designer living and working in Kingston. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. During a summer in Santa Fe, her jewelry business, Thank you, Enjoy, was dreamed up while admiring the red lettering on a Chinese food container. Not long after school, she moved on to Chicago, where she spent a few years learning about vintage style from some great people such as Teri Costan of The Silver Moon boutique, and hatmaker Raymond Hudd. Most recently, she spent six months in Boston learning silversmithing. Her website is www.thankyouenjoy.com. Sabrina shot the product photos for our annual Gift Guide on page 74.

Robin Dana is an artist, educator, curator, and writer on contemporary art. She divides her time between the Hudson Valley, Washington, DC, and her home in central Georgia. Before joining Chronogram as interim production director, she taught in the photography department at the University of Georgia, served as the director of the university’s contemporary art galleries, and led study abroad programs in Cuba, Costa Rica, and Ecuador. Her photographs of home and beyond are exhibited widely. You may stumble across her at sunrise, toting her 4x5 field camera and searching for the perfect light.

Kim Scafuro grew up outside of Philadelphia with a Corgi, two sisters, and her parents. She moved to Brooklyn in 2002 to study illustration and burrito making at Pratt Institute. Upon graduating, she began to freelance for such publications as the New York Times, the Stranger, Sojourners, and Chronogram, and participating in group shows in the greater New York area. Besides painting and drawing, Kim also enjoys spending quality time with her two cats, Ham and Dexter, and her fiancé Cody, in their leaky attic apartment in Brooklyn. Kim’s illustration for “The Ebb and Flow of Ecstasy” appears on page 90.

Darcymarie Singer is a senior at SUNY Albany, with a major in Communications and a minor in Theater. She also holds an associate’s degree in Photography. An obsession with fashion photography has lead her to her last big project which was as costume designer and stylist extraordinaire for the short film Amerikan Partizan. She is currently enamored of all things that have to do with 18th-century France. She is a voracious consumer of pop culture, only listens to vinyl LPs, and constantly takes Polaroids. Darcymarie is also a marketing intern in the sales department at Chronogram.
