Hua To, the great physician of the Later Han dynasty (circa 200CE), was famous for finding new cures for illnesses such as the 5 Animal Frolics: Crane, Deer, Tiger, Bear and Monkey. These forms use physical exertion to heal the body and inspire in you a child-like imagination to cultivate spiritual creativity. They can be practiced individually to nourish and strengthen specific organs or, as a complete set, to overcome chronic illness, create total health and find one's natural physical grace and spiritual essence.
