Evening for Educators: Art, Empathy, and Honesty in the Classroom

Take part in a workshop focused on building empathy in the classroom with Aldrich Museum educators and Tim Salem, principal of Ridgefield’s Scotts Ridge Middle School. Develop skills to ensure open and brave dialogue with your students around challenging topics such as race, socio-economic differences, and identity. Experience how to foster compassion, caring, and understanding through engagement with, and conversation about, art and personal experiences.
