Dixit Dominus:The Voices of Order Over Chaos

Crescendo presents its Chorus, soloists and Period Instrument Orchestra in “Dixit Dominus: Voices of Order Over Chaos,” two settings by Handel and Vivaldi of Dixit Dominus, a profound message of the triumph of good over evil. Among the soloists are natural trumpet player Chris Belluscio, early music specialists soprano Michele Kennedy and tenor David Vanderwal and countertenor Nicholas Tamagna. Artistic director Christine Gevert conducts.
