Three Fridays. The class will begin with students learning how to make colorful food garnishes to fill their wooden pallet. Chef John will discuss the art of cooking, food components, fusion (pairing) of foods, the evolution of a menu including design and some food history and proper use of knives and kitchen utensils and equipment.
