When: Starts June 2. Saturdays, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Continues through June 23
Taught by Dr. Paul Spector. This intermediate-level workshop will further develop exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. This class is open to those who have taken Paul's beginner level class.
