Core Strength and Balance:Intermediate Fitness for Seniors

This workshop will introduce exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. After completing the series of four sessions, the individual will have mastered a balance routine that they can continue independently at home. This workshop, taught by Dr. Paul Spector, builds upon his beginner level class, teaching you additional exercises you can practice at home, and improving your fitness beyond the basics. Please note: the beginner class is the prerequisite to this intermediate class.
