Core Strength and Balance: Fitness for Seniors

When: Saturdays, 1:30-2:30 p.m. Continues through May 26 2018

This 4-session workshop will introduce exercises that improve postural stability, core strength, spatial body awareness, sensory integration, agility and coordination. The class size has a cap of 12 to allow greater flexibility in addressing the needs of each participant. This class will be taught by Paul Spector, who earned his medical degree at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. Please come in clothes that are comfortable to move around in.
