The Levy Economics Institute of Bard College will gather top policymakers, economists, and analysts at the 27th Annual Hyman P. Minsky Conference on the State of the U.S. and World Economies to discuss, among many issues, the implications that tax cuts, Dodd-Frank reforms, rising interest rates, and President Trump’s “America First” trade policy will have for the global financial system and the U.S. economy’s record postcrisis expansion.
