Color and Form: Works by Charlotte Tusch Scherer and Maxine Davidowitz

Charlotte Tusch Scherer’s art is her attempt to clarify the world she lives in. The canvas takes on form and color as she works and there is always a sense of mystery paintings that are molded by the emotional, intellectual and aesthetic experiences of her life. Maxine Davidowitz’s most recent work focuses on a slightly hallucinatory view of the natural world, and a loose, painterly approach to mark-making.
