Cold Spring Arts First Friday and Philipstown Winter Carnival

Cold Spring Arts First Friday has planned a day long happening to usher in this year’s Philipstown Winter Carnival taking place on the 7th. Over 25 businesses along Main Street will be holding winter-themed events on Saturday. Ice sculptor Bill Bywater will be located at the foot of Main Street between the hours of 4-7pm., creating original work.
