Presented by Operation BBQ Relief. The weekend will be chock full of chillin', grillin', and a smorgasbord of tasty eats. Enjoy a welcome reception featuring a wing bar, bourbon tasting, bonfire, and live music. Champion pit masters will be sharing their secrets to great barbecue, followed by a dinner hosted by the chefs to wrap-up the weekend. And, very special guest, Todd Spire, owner of The Esopus Creel, will have equipment, demos, and classes on fly fishing.
