Chefs for Clearwater

When: Sun., Sept. 25, 4-8 p.m. 2016

Chef Brennan will bring together some of the Hudson Valley's premier chefs, local farmers and vintners at the CIA’s scenic Hyde Park campus for a five-course, farm-to-table dinner to benefit Clearwater. As guests enjoy the Hudson River view, five chefs will each present a special hors d'oeuvre, accompanied by bluegrass music by Jim Gaudet and the Railroad Boys. This will be followed by dinner in Farquharson Hall, with each course created by one of the chefs.
