Chair yoga is an introductory level class. As the name implies, students practice primarily while sitting on chairs or standing with the support of a chair. The simplest postures can free tight joints and calm tense muscles. Emphasis on breathing techniques, relaxation, stretching and strengthening. Taught by certified yoga instructor, Marianne Neifeld.
