When: Mondays, 12:30-1:30 p.m. Continues through Oct. 30 2017
This is a 6-week series. This yoga practice incorporates both seated and standing poses using a chair for support. Students will be guided through a series of stretches and postures that are modified to accommodate those with limited mobility and difficulty balancing.
