Caring Connections Presents: Family Caregivers Conference

The overall objective of this conference will be to connect the Family Caregiver to the many resources available in the community that can make their task of caring less stressful. This conference will educate and empower the Family Caregiver by addressing important issues faced by them and provide an opportunity for the Caregivers to interact with other Family Caregivers.
