Join Jemma for a feel good, experiential workshop, where you will learn about the mind-body connection, the body's stress response and yogic practices that can bring balance to your nervous system. Includes a series of stabilizing breathing exercises and postures to help shift from stress and tension to rest, relaxation, balance and ease. You will have a toolkit that you can bring into your life, and will want to repeat. When you register you will receive an email with link to the class.
