Bone broths are appearing in the news and on restaurant menus. We’ve invited Rachael Mamane, chef/founder of Brooklyn Bouillon, to lead an engaging discussion of the health benefits of bone broths. Throughout the event, she will demonstrate how to prepare beef, poultry and fish bone broths. We’ll sample creative ways to enjoy broths in beverages and foods.
