Executive chef Hugh Horner prepares a five-course southern-seafood dinner at Hudson's Club Helsinki that will include the catch of the day from the docks of Cape Cod, Point Judith in Rhode Island, and Montauk. Sherbrooke Cellars in Scarsdale will host a wine-tasting to accompany the meal.
