Next week, the Mid-Hudson Valley will enter Phase 2 of reopening, and with that, the region's restaurants will be able to offer limited outdoor dining. Whether you're planning on heading out for an al fresco meal next week or ordering take out this weekend, consider patronizing a Black-owned business.
