This workshop is designed for brand new hoopers. Whether you have never hooped before, played with waist hooping a bit, or just want to get back to basics, join us! We will spend time covering the basics of waist hooping, including development of muscle memory and bringing rhythm and dance into our hoop play. We will also explore some off-body variations to help strengthen the body and ignite flow. Hoops are provided for use during class.
