Beginning Butchery with Barb

When: Tue., April 26, 6:30-8:30 p.m. 2016

Join Barb, of Barb's Butchery, as she shows you the proper techniques to break down a whole chicken into eight pieces, a fundamental skill that is the basis of other animal butchery. You will also learn essential knife skills, how to truss and roast a chicken, and we will end class with a family-style fried chicken dinner and a beer. Barb is a passionate, enthusiastic teacher with a wealth of knowledge about all things meat.
