Holly will guide and support us as we learn how to balance our blood sugar, and understand how what we eat affects our health, moods, energy and sleep. We will learn how to implement routines that support our best health and the importance of healthy snacks. In our cooking classes, we will prepare fast and fabulous dinners, nourishing breakfasts, and great lunches, so you have delicious nourishing foods for your busy lives. One 3-hour cooking class per month through January (4 cooking classes total) and a full dinner at each class.
