Barre workouts are held in our 2nd floor studio and classes incorporate exercises done at a ballet barre and a mat; the method combines with elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Barre exercises rely mainly upon one's bodyweight for resistance, (thought we do use dumbbells and therabands) and the moves challenge your core stability and balance.
