Sara Hendren, artist, designer and researcher at the Olin College of Engineering, will be giving a lecture titled, “Necessary Tomorrows: Design and Disability Bending Disciplines”. Hendren, the inaugural Anne McNiff ’61 Tatlock Fellow in Multidisciplinary studies, frequently writes and lectures on prosthetics, disability studies, hybrid art-engineering practices, critical design, and related topics. Her work engages the human body, technology, and the politics of disability.
