Join us for a special Pop-Up Dinner at the Angry Orchard Innovation Cider House featuring the culinary talents of Top Chef finalist and James Beard nominated Chef James Rigato of Mabel Gray. This Detroit-based restaurant owner is dedicate to handmaking everything from scratch, with fresh, ethical ingredients from his extensive network of farms, butchers and foragers. Dinner will feature a specially curated tasting menu, featuring New York State ingredients and small batch cider parings, available exclusively at the Angry Orchard Cider House.
